General Information
By placing an order electronically through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement provided before completing your purchase.
Customers are subject to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and all other applicable legislation regarding the sale, delivery, cancellation, and return of purchased products.
Shipping costs related to product delivery are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated during the ordering process.
Purchased products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer within the legal delivery period, which shall not exceed 30 days unless exceptional circumstances arise. If delivery cannot be completed within this period, the customer has the right to cancel the order.
All products are delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated on the website, and together with any applicable warranty certificates, user manuals, or accompanying documentation.
If, for any reason, the ordered product becomes unavailable, Umay Soba will notify the customer within three (3) days after becoming aware of the situation. Any payments received will be refunded within fourteen (14) days in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Failure to Complete Payment
If the customer fails to complete the payment or if the payment is cancelled by the relevant financial institution, Umay Soba shall not be obliged to deliver the ordered products.
Unauthorized Credit Card Transactions
If it is determined that a payment has been made using a credit card without the authorization of the cardholder, and the payment is subsequently reversed by the bank or financial institution, the customer shall return the delivered product within three (3) days. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by Umay Soba in accordance with applicable legislation.
Force Majeure
If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Umay Soba, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events, the customer will be informed without delay. In such cases, the customer may choose to cancel the order, request a replacement product, or wait until the circumstances preventing delivery have been resolved.
Customer's Responsibility Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect their orders before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged, opened, or defective, it should not be accepted from the shipping company, and an official damage report should be requested. Once the product has been accepted without objection, it will be considered to have been delivered in good condition.
Returned products must be unused, protected from damage after delivery, and accompanied by the original invoice and all supplied accessories where applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date the product is delivered to themselves or to the person designated by them, without providing any reason and without incurring any legal liability. To exercise this right, the customer must notify Umay Soba using the contact information provided below within the legal withdrawal period.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product has not been used beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Products should be returned complete, together with all accessories, original packaging where possible, and the original invoice. Where the invoice has been issued in the name of a company, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the purchasing company in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
The costs arising from exercising the legal right of withdrawal shall be handled in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation.
Return & Refund Conditions
Once the withdrawal request has been received, Umay Soba will process the refund within the legal time limits specified by Turkish consumer legislation. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by the customer.
If the returned product has decreased in value due to improper handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the customer may be responsible for the loss in value as permitted by applicable law. Normal inspection and reasonable examination of the product shall not affect the customer's right of withdrawal.
If a promotional discount or campaign becomes invalid due to the cancellation or return of an order, the corresponding promotional benefit may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured or customized according to the customer's specific requests, products that cannot be returned due to their nature, or products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable legislation. Products that have been damaged through misuse or altered after delivery may also be excluded from return or refund.
Late Payment
If payment obligations are not fulfilled, the customer accepts responsibility under the terms agreed with the relevant financial institution. Umay Soba reserves all legal rights arising from applicable legislation regarding unpaid balances and related obligations.

Payments may be completed by bank transfer, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), or online credit card payment methods available during checkout. Orders are prepared and shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and the customer's delivery location.
